Why do Geomagnetic Reversals and Excursions create genetic mutation on earth?

Because what protects humans from Cosmic Rays is the magnetosphere and right now the magnetosphere is thinned out especially near the arctic circles in some places down to 0. I'm thinking this is one of the reasons polar bears are having trouble staying alive because they are likely being mutated more than most species along with Sea gulls or whatever birds live up there out in the open too and maybe Walruses and sea lions and stuff like that. The South pole is likely having the Same problem as the Arctic circle. So, the least magnetosphere is in the polar arctic circle and the Antarctic Arctic circle caused by the beginning in the 1900s and 2000s of either a geomagnetic reversal or excursion. But, an excursion can last just 1000 years sometimes but a full Geomagnetic reversal lasts 10,000 years or so. This is likely why governments aren't talking about this which is because unless everyone is moving more than 10 feet underground humans will continue to have their genetic materials mutated more and more during the next 1000 to 10,000 years no matter what they do.

What evidence of a Geomagnetic reversal or excursion is there? The faster and faster movements of the magnetic north and south magnetic poles is evidence of this reversal or excursion all by itself. Some scientists want to tell you the movement of the poles means nothing but I don't believe that at all at this point, especially with magnetosphere reading of Zero to 10% in the north and south polar regions at this point from a constantly degrading magnetosphere.

Generating electricity by breaking the fields of magnets with a copper coil could also be draining the magnetosphere which is one theory of mine.

All electricity has to come from somewhere. Where is our electricity coming from? And don't tell me from a power station because that is asinine. Where is the electricity coming from? from atoms of earth (their free electrons) or from our magnetosphere?

You don't get something from nothing. Everything comes from something not just out of thin air!
