You can self publish your photos from around the world with Blurb

My wife just handed me a photo book that my wife and two daughters took while I was sick that my youngest daughter composed through Blurb. It was amazing! It's a 12 inches by 12 inches photo book all self published and she made 3 copies of it that cost about $360 for the 3 books this size. It is amazing!

My youngest daughter put an amazing amount of work into this and it is so professionally done. It's true my youngest daughter is a very talented artist who got a 30,000 dollar Scholarship to an art college in Seattle by the way. So, I was just very impressed by this.

What had happened was that I was having to go off Spironolactone in 2018 because the drug had gone sideways on me and I thought it might paralyze me when reading symptoms of what was happening to me and I went off cold turkey all at once. But, I didn't realize that this could put me in the hospital so when I finally got an appointment with my family doctor they told me I was within a few days of being put in the hospital because my cardiologist kept cancelling appointments because of heart operations that were emergencies. Well, I was an emergency too it turned out.

So, anyway my wife and two of my daughters (the ones under 31 now) went to Ireland, England and Scotland for almost a month without me and they drove along the coast from Dublin all the way around to the other side of Ireland which the Irish thought was crazy because most of them had never done that. But, then again we are Americans who travel a lot even in the U.S.

So, after that they flew to London and rented another car and drove to Bristol and Glastonbury and then up to Bath (not sure where Bath is) to see the Roman Baths. Then north to Edinburgh and Glasgow and to meet a friend at Balmoral that lives in Aberdeen Scotland with her college age kids now.

So now, I just got to experience the trip through a picture book composed and illustrated and with words and jokes by my youngest daughter which is really a treat because I didn't get to go! I was in Portland ORegon that month staying in my daughters' apartment while they were in Ireland, England and Scotland this time. So, I've never been to Ireland yet like they have but I've been to Scotland and England Twice so far, once in 1999 after I recovered from my heart virus and was forced to retire and once in 2011 with both my younger daughters and my older daughters boyfriend at that time.

Amazing Book! If you have photos you want to publish in a book as a family heirloom for the future try Blurb as it worked out great for us.
