Yes. This is the problem with Coronavirus causing people to be evicted from their homes about now all over the country. IF you live somewhere that a tent is just going to make you freeze to death you either leave and go somewhere else like Florida or California or a desert state or you freeze to death. That is your real choice if you don't have somewhere to live inside with a heater that is safe.
