Around the world there is either too much rain (floods and flash flooding) or drought

Whether we are talking about the U.S., or Europe or China we are seeing this play over and over around the world.

For example, by 2050 it is expected that from Texas gulf coast to Florida to Illinois we will see at least one day of 125 degrees? This is unheard of.

Then you have the Yangtze River going dry and China trying to seed clouds to bring rain. Then you have the Thames river dried up except for the sea water from the tides in London. Then you have most rivers in Europe going dry and river cruises over for at least this year.

So, there is this new normal we are all seeing. 

Here where I am it is new that we are seeing monsoon clouds that are what I call "UFO" clouds because of their extremely unusual shapes that they tend to bring some rain and sometimes lightning. And these same clouds bringing lightning and thunder and rain and flash flooding all across the lower 48 states.
