First, you might watch your friend or friends in grade school or junior high die from either being forced to have a baby they don't want (from age 10 onward) or from dying from that birth or from a botched illegal abortion that they bleed to death with. Next, you think how insane this is. So, when you can you make sure you leave wherever you are living in a Red State simply because you don't want to die too that way against your will. OF course maybe the easiest way would be to go to college in another state that is a blue state which would allow you not to die if you get pregnant and don't want to carry that fetus to term. And then never returning to that Red State that might murder them.
This is likely the future for all Red States now. (losing most of the more intelligent girls to blue states who choose not to die from being forced to deliver a baby that they aren't ready for or don't want for any reason).
