Could Trump Be held Liable as a Spy for a Foreign Country if he sold Top Secret Information he kept for millions?

Of course this is debatable but if a money trail can be found regarding top secret information that Trump does not legally own it is possible he could be convicted  as a foreign spy for selling top Secret U.S. information to other countries according to U.S. Laws.

Knowing how Trump is this is quite possible this is what happened. However, the question remains even if he has this information owned by the government it might be difficult to prove that he personally sold it to another country even though this is likely what he did or would do.

So, you might have evidence that a foreign power has information that that they shouldn't have but could you prove that they got this information from Trump directly enough to prove that he got paid millions of dollars or more for government secrets?

For example, he demonstrates this kind of behavior when he has his supporters give him 300 million dollars or more that he uses for his own purposes and not for getting elected to anything.

So, he betrays his supporters in this way by misrepresenting himself this way all the time to the tune of millions of dollars. So, someone who does this to loyal supporters likely would or could sell government information to other countries too.

The logic of this is close to perfect in all our observations regarding Trump.

However, can you prove in a court of law that anything at all happened? Maybe.
