IT's interesting what you can learn from these types of Videos that show how people make chips around the world in more advanced countries technologically. I think Taiwan is the most advanced but because of problems with China all Advanced nations might be making their own chips within the next 5 years in case China invades Taiwan and ends their chips through the ignorance of attacking Taiwan by China. Literally, China would be killing the goose that lays golden eggs in Taiwan regarding chips if they attacked Taiwan because all that would instantly go away for the whole world including China.
So, it is in the interests of national Security worldwide to have advanced countries making their own advanced chips and not just in Taiwan. This is also true for the U.S. as well.
