It is logical to assume that Iran moved its weapons grade uranium when the Israelis first attacked

 Since this is logically true then what did the B-2 bombers actually bomb?

Likely they bombed centrifuges and processing equipment only and nothing else really at all except nuclear processing equipment. Is the land irradiated now everywhere the B-2 bombers dropped bunker busters (very likely). Are people dying or going to die nearby for months or years to come in Iran and neighboring countries? Yes. This is also quite possible.

What happens now?

Likely almost anything.

However, striking U.S. forces likely wouldn't be useful long term to the Iranians. Will regime change take place now in Iran?

Almost anything is possible beyond your or my present imagination regarding what is going to happen next.

This is the real problem actually for everyone on earth. 

I'm actually less concerned with what happens right now.

I'm much more concerned about what is going to happen in the Middle East the next 5 to 20 years.

Because that is basically an unlimited concept everywhere on earth.
