I'm thinking the 10th one is the overthrow or "Controlling" completely of the Judicial branch of Government. He has already taken power from the Congress which is probably the biggest thing he has accomplished so far and to some degree is punishing judges (whenever he can) if they rule against anything he does. So, I'm thinking the last step in the overthrow of our democracy is overruling the Judicial Branch (the Courts). This likely would be the last step to the overthrow of our declaration of Independence and our Bill of Rights and our Constitution.
At that point no one really would have the right to even be alive in this country just like in all dictatorships.
However, at that point it is also possible that States will begin to secede from the U.S. too, especially western STates like California, Oregon and Washington likely will become their own country.
Since California is the 5th largest economy on earth all by itself I think California would be the first to secede from the U.S. (But it just might be Texas) especially after the way Trump handled the 130 people that died in Texas Flooding.
