I was able to make up one hour of the sleep I lost but was wondering why I felt so ill more than normal.
She reminded me of the flu shot yesterday which I remember now can throw me off for up to 4 days now at this age. I find the Covid Shots only get me about the first 24 hours now and then I'm okay. But, I think the first and 2nd ones I got back in maybe 2020 made me kind of sick for 3 or 4 days but now I think my body has grown used to this type of Vaccine which slightly changes now every year for new variants.
So, if you are working or going college at any age and get a flu or Covid Shot I would recommend doing it on a Friday so you have the weekend to recover.
