For at least 10 years or more I have had a translator built into my web page. I have tried it myself in regard to French which is from when I took two years of in high School from around 1963 to 1965. It seemed to work pretty well with the French Translation so I left it there.
However, today when I tried to click on it it didn't seem to work anymore. Sorry about that. Not sure what happened? However, for things you want to translate there is always:
