To me, it's basically the same thing. It's a lot to realize what the truths of life are and like Jack Nicholson's famous statement from a movie: "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" which is true of most people on earth.
You have to be very brave to actually handle the truth and especially people these days seem to be having the most trouble handling the truth of humans starting to be exterminated by Global Climate changes worldwide.
So, there is this tendency of people to hide their heads in the sand like the proverbial ostrich (even though in real life they don't do this).
And when you hide your head in the sand often it is like hiding your head in the sand in the middle of the road when Semi trucks are bearing down on you.
Which means burying your head in the sand because you cannot deal with the truth is a death sentence.
