However, still in places like Palm Springs it's still supposed to be 102 degrees today. However, generally speaking I think we are starting to move towards Fall Temperatures over most of California (whatever that means).
Today where I live on the NORCAL Coast the deck to the backyard is completely wet. However, even with windows open with Screens on them last night the temperature in the house only made it down to 69 degrees whereas last night it made it down to 67 degrees. So, at least where we live night and day it appears to be the warmest average temperatures in 24 hour cycles for the year so far. So, in this sense it is unusual for here on the coast.
So, though it was sunny yesterday right now along the coast where we live it has been misting from the fog since around 3 or 4 pm yesterday and it's now almost 8 am Monday.
