Can someone with a Gluten sensitivity live past 100?

I'm thinking at this point the answer is yes by eliminating Gluten (wheat) from their diets completely or mostly. Like for example, the first gluten I had since early January was 3 brownies my wife made in a heart shaped tray and cooked in the oven. Immediately I started to have some edema symptoms but not bad. I also felt awful and had stomach problems when I did this and gas. So, I stopped and didn't eat any more brownies and I'm fine now.

Also, I haven't had to take Furosemide for Edema or worry about water intake since December either. So, basically giving up all Gluten ended my need for Furosemide or Potassium to stay alive.

So, the cause of my edema is likely Gluten I surmise because this is the main thing I gave up to stay alive after the hospital.

So, now I'm thinking that if I eliminate most gluten from my life I could live past 100. This seems pretty reasonable at this point to me. After all, I have almost made it to 78 already.

Also, losing weight is basically impossible for anyone unless they give up gluten and rice (at least while they are losing weight). This is interesting too.
