On the lead up to my Hernia operation I found myself stressed not in a good way. Then I realized I hadn't been taking Sublingual B-12 (under the tongue directly into the blood stream) from Trader Joe's) that always work very well for me. But, because I had been stressed I had forgotten to take it for several weeks. So, as soon as I realized this I starting taking a sublingual b-12 vitamin every day under my tongue. As soon as I did this I could handle the stress more of the upcoming operation at age 77.
Then I wanted to ensure I could stay on an even keel so I used 5-htp which is part of the Serotonin chain in your brain that allows you to stay emotionally and mentally okay so you don't slip into a dangerous depression which can alter your brain chemistry permanently if you aren't careful.
So, by using b-12 and 5-htp one tablet each per day I was able to face this operation and the operation worked out just fine.
However, it does take 6 weeks to recover from a hernia operation of this type too and I am not allowed to drive a car for about 8 days until the anesthesia completely eliminates from my system because they have to make you so deeply unconscious that your body can't move at all except breathing in order to do this type of robotic Hernia surgery which is a really amazing healing tool now.
So, this is one way to more healthily solve stress problems by giving your brain the b-12 it needs and upping your serotonin a little in your brain with 5-htp until after whatever you are dealing with is over and done with.
By God's Grace
NOTE: By the way one under the tongue (sublingual) b-12 can also help prevent senile dementia because your brain cannot function without this vitamin correctly often after 40 to 50 years of age. And people over 40 to 50 often lose the ability to take b-12 out of the meat they eat too which can increase the likelihood of senile dementia setting in on some people.
So, taking a sublingual b-12 is something someone should likely do daily (especially over 40) the rest of their lives to keep their mental abilities intact for decision making and understanding the world inside you and around you better.
