Why?
Because each of us actually goes in spirit everywhere we think and feel. So, it's important to understand that what we think about is important in creating a future we can actually stay alive in.
It's sort of like we are all engineers engineering our futures by what we think and feel. So, if you want your life to work it is helpful to build your mental Car or plane to travel places in and it is helpful to have your home or homes where you can feel safe too. all of these things are important to your future survival as a Soul in a body here on earth.
So, some personal discipline is necessary like about the same discipline it takes to drive a car or pilot a plane to get anywhere in life that makes your life worthwhile living here on earth.
Basically, Nothing really happens by accident. So, what you pray for you. might get along the way.
My wife has a throw blanket for a living room couch that says something Like "Your Grandmother's prayers are still protecting you today"
I think in some ways that says it all. If you want good things in life praying for them is helpful.
However, there is another statement about soul travel that I think is useful too which is:
"Be careful what you desire you might get it."
So, engineering a life that you can survive and want to survive in is everything in life.
Because how can you expect to stay alive if your life is not one you can survive?
As a man thinks so is he.
As a woman thinks so is she.
It's what you think and feel that will create your life.
