• The Technological singularity is not like an A Bomb that hits earth one day

The Title says it all, but then I wrote about Wargames (1983) and talked about how if the nukes had actually gone off in this movie that it itself would have been a technological singularity which is true.

But now, likely a Singularity would not be like it would have been from 1945 until abound 1990 when the Soviet Union collapsed.

Now a technological Singularity could take a myriad of different forms.

So, the point I'm making is "Total Nuclear Annihilation"  could have been what a Technological Singularity might have been from 1945 until 1990. However, now it is going to look quite different.

It could be global Climate change is how it will manifest in the next 500 to 1000 years or something else. But, the first Technological Singularity peak will likely happen from 2025 to 2045 to later this century.

But, coming in the form of "Global Nuclear Annihilation" isn't very likely from now on as long as governments with nuclear weapons are responsible.
