For example, if you go to rage and kill yourself or others in rage then your life and other lives are over.
So, the point is you have to do something constructive before you get to rage. Following other people's rules often isn't going to work.
So, in some ways you have to find ways to make your own rules to create a place for you to live (along with your family).
For me, it was harnessing my anger regarding employers and realizing that I needed to own my own businesses. So, instead of taking my anger out on employers or bad employees of a company like some people do I got busy and started or bought my own businesses when I could wear enough hats to be more likely to be successful at this.
But, it was still harnessing my anger in a constructive way rather than going crazy with rage from being mistreated like most people are by businesses.
My solution was to create or buy my own businesses instead. Then I joined Briarpatch which is an "Honest business" group out of Berkeley here in California where honest business men and women help each other to succeed in helping their customers while helping themselves to success along the way.
Then on top of this I also learned about Compassion for myself and others. In a sense in this world "Everyone is a victim". What I mean by this is to have compassion for the suffering of yourself and others humanizes you so you become a better person for yourself, your family and for the world.
So, learning how to be constructive with your anger to make your life better, your families life better and your friends life better is one way to succeed economically here in the U.S. But then, this also has to be added to Compassion for yourselves and all beings to really make you successful in all ways.
