Now, I know this leaves many liability issues unanswered. However, would you rather have 100s or 1000s of dead kids or windows that automatically go down when temperatures go above say 100 degrees when the car is parked if there are any signs of life in the car (human or animal).
Once again would you rather have dead kids in the heat with closed windows or live kids that you might not know where they are if people steal them because the windows went down above 100 degrees in the car with life on board (and the same with pets).
I think this life sensing windows going down automatically will solve many more problems than it creates.
If parents are so stupid that they leave kids to die in the car maybe they should lose their kids rather than let them die.
Anyway you look at this it is a form of natural selection.
