We have 6435 new cases just today with 83 deaths just today which is now more cases than any other country on earth that is testing folks at this point. So, the U.S. has now become the epicenter of coronavirus worldwide, especially New York State. Also, remember about 3 weeks after being a new case is often when people pass away form this if they are going to. People describe the little hooks from the coronavirus as a dry cough and not being able to get enough oxygen. So, having access to oxygen when things get bad is often (Literally) a matter of life and death. So, having breathable oxygen on hand if you need it might be important in the next few months time. I'm not sure the oxygen tanks that come with acetylene torches for cutting metal would be useful unless certified that they are hospital grade by the way. So, I wouldn't go breathing from that type of large tank unless it is certified as a hospital grade of oxygen.
But, then again, sometimes it's "any port in a storm" to stay alive any way that you can.
