NO ONE has ever had this cocktail of medicines that the President is taking

 However, without this particular cocktail of medicines he could have died this weekend. Remdesivir and 

 Dexamethasone and monoclonal Antibodies. Remdesivir is given to dying coronavirus patients as a last ditch effort to keep them alive and dexamethasone is given for many different purposes but in the case of Trump it allows him not to have a fever so high he would just be hallucinating now and completely out of it.

So, I'm thinking he is a guinea pig (the first one to EVER take this cocktail ever). So, even the doctors say "NO ONE HAS EVER EVEN TAKEN THIS COCKTAIL BEFORE."

So, will this keep him alive or kill him?

I'm thinking he just bought himself a few more days before he is gone at this point.

I'm thinking he just wanted to say goodbye to his wife and children and that's what's really going on.

After all, medical records are private because of the privacy act regarding medical records.
