I woke up in the night and already this storm had killed someone in Washington State when big tree fell on them and 400,000 people in Canada were already without power by Midnight.
The Storm finally hit San Francisco a little about 8 am this morning. But, Canada to Mt. Shasta and further south were all engaged in Rain or snow since Tuesday night sometime or before.
