When I was little I was quiet and listened to my elders a lot. I didn't talk that much until Girls started coming to me to help them solve their problems around age 15. I realized Girls seemed to like me a lot because I could help them because I'm a very logical pragmatic person and if they problem wasn't my own I might have a solution for whatever problems they were dealing with that I arrived at from Compassion for their plight. also, my parents were Mystical Christian Ministers and I watched them counsel many people through all sorts of things growing up trying to keep these people alive and sane if possible.
So, through observing my parents as ministers counsel people I learned to do this in a thoughtful, useful pragmatic way by the time I was 12 to 15 years old.
However, over time I realized that the foundation of all wisdom is to Know yourself. Without that you can be intelligent but never wise.
