The likely reason that this has gone from 55% to 30% is that this is putting major businesses out of business like in Agribusiness and hotels especially in Southern California where there are likely at least 1.5 million to 2 million illegals just within Los Angeles City limits or at least just within Los Angeles County.

The other problem is that these are often people who have been here and raised their families for 20 to 30 years or more using someone else's social Security number like the Social Security number of their babies or young children born in the U.S. and so the children and babies are actually U.S. citizens to begin with and can legally get Social Security numbers.

This problem is not going to go away as the Federal Government puts out of business company after company and business after business both large and small throughout California and other states. 

Often companies do not know for sure if their employees are illegal or not because they don't tell the truth to the employers. So, this loss of business and agribusiness and hotel business is going on now nationwide and food is rotting more and more in the fields now making everything grown cost a lot more which increases starvation and homeless people nationwide ongoing.

So, trying to make people leave the country is resulting in many deaths and psychological problems for everyone.
