In all Red States many many people are going to die from the basic end of Medicaid. This is a given.
However, in California we have the state run Medi-Cal which people can get on even if they own a small business to keep them alive still even if they aren't old enough to get on Medicare nationally.
So, the people dying a lot in Red States especially will be dying from Birth to age 65 that are Americans. So, unless these people move to a state like California or other blue state that can help keep them alive they are going to die.
Trump has taken Red states back to a time before the 1930s with a life expectancy will likely be going back to between 60 and 65 years old for those states.
This is a given because of his Big Bill.
Why would he do this?
He doesn't need slaves anymore because he can hire robots to take care of the rich and rich companies so he is letting most people just die instead of helping them stay alive if they get sick in ANY way e specially in Red States.
So, this big Bill in Red states is mostly mass death for Red States just like Covid was too the last Time Trump was president.
