What happens to other countries when Trump does tariffs is people in the U.S. buy their products less. But, if you are an American actually dependent upon buying goods from other countries then it is ONLY you who are paying 30% more to 100% more for whatever it is you need to buy in your life from other countries. So, who is harmed the most by Tariffs? Americans especially poor to middle class people. So, Trump is mostly devastating Americans to try to get bribes from other countries into his pockets. He doesn't really care about what happens to poor and middle Class people at all. Just look at every single one of his policies if you don't believe me.
