What helped me to survive to age 25 and 30?

First of all really good parents who though they had never been to college (either one of them) were very homespun and had common sense and also my father was valedictorian of his High school Class in Seattle and my mother was a natural intuitive as well which is likely why I became intuitivefred888 at this blog in order to help all of you survive this century and beyond so the human race doesn't have to go extinct.

Because this is mostly what this blog is about: preventing human extinction anyway we can.

So, much of my study is how I can help keep all of you alive as well as your families through what I see coming this century and the next few centuries as a natural born Intuitive.

I have the ability (like trees and rocks and planets) to see not only in the present and past but also into the future.

It's not that the future is set in stone like many believe it will be which I think is naive by my experiences the last 77 years.

However, I can imagine the sense of security thinking that you have no free will at all and everything is set in stone so to speak.

But, to me, that's just a mental prison which shortens people's lives incredibly and makes people join the military so they can die sooner rather than face the prison of their lives.

My personal experience is: "NO FATE BUT WHAT WE MAKE".

From my point of view and experience God Created All of us to be his children and as the children of God we have the freedom to be whatever we want to be: "LITERALLY".

However, everything that goes around comes around so "KARMA IS A BITCH!"

So, learning how to be kind to yourself and to all beings in the universe is the key not only to  enlightenment but also to longevity which could cause you to still be alive 150 years from now by the way Medical AI is presently moving.

So, what helped me survive to be 25 and 30?

God's Grace first of all and then my parents and then figuring out that people didn't have to die the way I saw them all die in the 1950s through bad diet.

I was particularly exposed to construction workers who often were dead by 40 50 or 60 because of eating steak and potatoes and then going to sleep and this killed people like crazy back then.

So, right diet and exercise and right thoughts and recreation and good friends and good experiences in life allow someone to actually survive to 25 or 30 years old.

And Once you make it to 30 it is said in the U.S. at least that you often will live to 90 years old if you can make it to 30 first.

However, this is only true in the U.S. not in all other countries for a variety of reasons.
