So, if you have studied New Age Thought and some of its origins in Emerson and even in the ecological movement inspired by Thoreau's work then you can see the progression of thought through Christian Science, Theosophy and now in the 20th and 21st Century all the almost infinite permutations of these ideas.
Whether you think this type of thinking is useful or not it is part of the basis of the cutting edge of humanity regarding the Scientific Method and a pragmatic acceptance of the universe on its own terms rather than the contrived old wive's tale of terms as in the past of superstition or downright ignorance.
It is part of the New Age of Enlightenment that has allowed Computers, TV, Cell Phones, Space Travel, and modern thought to even exist. It will always be it seems on the cutting edge of the furthest reaches of humanity in understanding humanities place in the universe.
And if humanity is to survive the next 500 to 1000 years we need even more cutting edge ideas for humanity to survive at all in any form on Earth and beyond.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
