There could be an equal amount of people in danger in the China flooding but that kind of information doesn't seem to be traveling around the world on the news. However, China is a big country and might have the resources to nip waterbourn diseases in the bud like the U.S. Europe, Japan or other large countries. However, Pakistan has never experienced anything this bad since it's existence as a country. So, unless Aid reaches many of the people in Pakistan soon the international consequences could be beyond belief.
