Russia Stops all grain exports

Putin just issued an order to stop all grain exports because so many acres of wheat and other grains have burnt up in the terrible fires around Moscow. Temperatures have been over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the Moscow area for days now and will continue to be over 100 degrees until Sunday. This is a serious health problem and now a burnt up grain problem for anyone waiting for Russian grain exports around the world. My source is NBC News on TV.
