If you can't play the video basically what is said is that a group of Hezbollah fighters that has broken off with Assad and is now fighting him in Syria has Chinese less expensive versions of the sniper rifle pictured above. The problem with a really powerful sniper rifle likely is that it could take down several people at once if they were standing in a line from a distance through a scope of up to 5 miles possibly. I'm not sure about this because most sniper rifles are only accurate to one mile but a more powerful one might be accurate to 5 miles with the right scope.
