I was thinking about this tonight. Here is the reason why this is true:
First, when you have overpopulation in any region over the earth often it causes malnourishment or outright starvation among the people. People who don't want to die often fight back and fight for any resources there are so they don't die. When conditions become severe enough in any region often wars break out over resources and this is how wars are created.
The United Nations and other groups try to mitigate this by bringing food into these areas. However, sometimes it is not safe enough to do that so conditions during those wartimes get really bad.
The more overpopulated Earth gets the more wars likely will happen naturally and caused by people starving and not wanting to die of starvation. This will also tend to destabilize nations like is now happening throughout the middle east caused by too many children under 30 in an environment that is too desert based without enough fresh water or farmland to support that many people at now under present conditions. When you have over 50% of people under 30 unable to find work or get married you are going to have violence in most cases eventually. This is also true in Greece where the Nazi Golden Dawn Party is presently at 30% of the voting public and growing.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
