My father when I was growing up was very Libertarian like Rand Paul. Libertarian is in some ways the description of the founding fathers of our country. My father subscribed to "American Heritage" when I was a boy growing up so I could look through the volumes of articles on the American Revolution to more fully understand how so many died trying to both establish and maintain this amazing country we now live in.

Also, Rand Paul was someone who filibustered the Senate in regard to Drones in the U.S. and how they will affect U.S. citizens now and in the future.

A good science fiction movie that has a lot of drones in it right now is "Oblivion" with Tom Cruise also if you are interested.

When you see lasers explode human bodies in "Oblivion" and realize the U.S. Navy already has Lasers that can light on fire drones to bring them down, you can easily see within 10 or 20 years lasers that literally make human bodies explode mounted on drones. So, it is important to know that is coming soon to a war near you. That is why good laws governing drones are important now worldwide.
