Hamas' ongoing missile strikes in Israel

I was listening today to a commentator on CNN talk about how Hamas' goal is not to kill Israelis but to destroy the economy of Israel by keeping a few missiles hitting Israel all summer long every single day until they weaken or destroy the economy of Israel.

This is much the same philosophy as Osama Bin Laden which resulted in the Great Recession which affected the U.S. from about 2008 to 2011 and in some ways still. And it also affected both China and Europe and many other countries around the world and still is affecting China and Europe today.

So, since Hamas likely perceives that Bin Laden was successful in causing the Great Recession from their point of view, they likely see nothing wrong with keeping missiles flying as long as Iran keeps supplying them all summer long and into the fall if they can get away with it. Hamas doesn't really care how many Gaza residents are killed or wounded, they only want to destroy the economy of Israel.

Since this is likely how Hamas people actually think as horrific as this might be to Americans or Israelis or Europeans I think it is worth stating.

Their point of view likely is that then either Iran or ISIL could finish off Israel if they can get it to go into a recession or Great Depression economically as a country. However, I'm not sure that is at all   possible because of wealthy Jewish people around the world and the U.S. military supporting  the existence ongoing of the Jewish state of Israel since the end of World War II.

However, as we all know truth is much stranger than fiction, especially after watching what Russia, Iran, Assad, Hezbollah and ISIL have done to Syria and Iraq already and all the genocided Sunnis and now Shias too across Syria and Iraq.

However, Israelis aren't dumb either. They know Iran is supplying all these missiles. So, you likely are going to see Israeli missiles eventually hit Iran in response to those Iran is sending to Gaza and Lebanon and Syria to shoot into Israel.
