"In any propaganda war, the truth is often nowhere to be found."
It is important for the world to realize we are now in a propaganda war which is reminiscent of the Cold War. So, expecting truth in either Russian or the Western media should not be expected from anyone.
When Senator Feinstein confirmed on Television that we are now in "Cold War territory" with Russia I knew it likely was going to get like this. In any war with sophisticated countries who have agencies like the KGB (FSB) or the CIA there is going to be Propaganda Warfare going on.
So, expecting truth from the RT source or expecting truth from many U.S. sources like Fox news shouldn't be expected during these times.
The real problem becomes of course: "How do we prevent this escalating into nuclear warfare sometime in the next few years?"
Though more moderate news sources like CNN will try to be unbiased their existence as a part of the western world might be subject to the problems of western propaganda too.
Like I said before the real problem is: "How do we prevent all this from escalating into a nuclear war which ends all life on earth within 5 to 20 years?"
