Heavy drizzle or rain on the Northern California coast

I don't see it at all on the weather map videos but it has been raining all morning in various degrees mostly heavy drizzle where you aren't going to stay dry but it is misting all the time. This morning I went out and noticed a big limb on my

Ceanothus bush but this is more like a tree because it is as high as my roof. Any way a big limb had died and I was out with our german shepard puppy in the heavy drizzle and I decided to bring down the now dead limb as high as the roof. So, I went down into my garage and brought out a pole electric saw that extends about 10 feet or more with a small electric chain saw out on the end and got my 100 foot orange cord. during the prep work the German Shepard puppy (almost 9 weeks old now) was with me but I realized he shouldn't be outside when I brought the limb down for safety. So, I brought the cord and pole saw out and cut the 5 inch limb through and brought it down and got out a pair of nippers that can bite through 2 to 3 inch limbs to cut it up so it didn't take up so much room in my back yard.

Yesterday, one of the flowering plants from next door I noticed was starting to try to bring down our back fence so we decided to trim it back so the back fence didn't eventually fall from the weight of all the flowering plant bushes next door. It was a really beautiful day yesterday for doing that but today like I said it is drizzling constantly for at least the last several hours.
