A 3.4% death rate for Coronavirus is likely realistic when applied to the whole world

Here in the U.S. we have much better organized health centers and hospitals and organization regarding dealing with epidemics and outbreaks of all kinds. So, our death rate might be closer to 2%.
However, in 2nd and 3rd world countries 3.4% might be a better average of deaths. It might go even higher than this in some 3rd world countries without enough hospitals and protective gowns for hospital workers. I can see not having this equipment will quickly spread the coronavirus in 3rd world countries because Nurses and doctors will spread it because they don't have proper protective gear. Even if you have the proper protective gear and protocols when you take off or put on that gear it has to be done perfectly too. Then that gear either has to be cleaned or thrown away after each use too which is another difficult process. So, there are just so many ways this thing can spread right now no country will be able to completely stop the spread of this virus.

Even under the best of conditions in the U.S. or Europe, some health care professionals will spread the virus because this is how difficult it is to avoid spreading it at this point.

So, it is completely logical and rational to me that Coronavirus is now endemic to planet earth like the common cold and common flu.
