If you can sense the motivations of other beings like humans or animals then you can also sense motivations of Aliens from other worlds

 If you have this ability which is a type of empathic ability of experiencing what other beings are experiencing right now then you will be less likely to have a psychotic break with reality when you come into contact with people, animals, aliens etc. by accident.

This is a survival ability that some humans have which is necessary to deal with aliens. Because they often are so different in their training and abilities than ordinary humans that some people who don't have this ability (most people) just lose their minds and break from reality temporarily or permanently.

What does this look like when it happens:

When people have a psychotic break one reaction is to faint, or to not be able to speak.

For example, when my best friend through Junior High and High school died I was so upset at the way he died that I couldn't speak for about 6 hours before I went to his funeral. In other words I was traumatized beyond my ability to carry on a normal conversation. This happened in 2011 when this friend of mine died.

When something you cannot possibly deal with because it is beyond your present capabilities you too will faint, or you will go temporarily catatonic or have some kind of unusual reaction like screaming or yelling or running and jumping off a cliff.

However, for me, when I meet someone not of this world or this time I know it immediately because I'm telepathic to begin with in addition to being an empath and a precognitive (precognitive just means you tend to sense what is going to happen a lot of the time). But, for me, I would say about 10% of the time I know exactly what is coming in life which can be wonderful or terrifying if I'm not allowed to change some things. But, mostly I find it protects me and my family and my friends and people who listen to me from untimely accidents or deaths.

You are walking alone on a trail and you meet a Bighorn sheep Buck alone or a Bear. What do you do?

Meeting an alien from another time or planet or star is like this too. So, when you are shocked by seeing or meeting a truly wild animal that might not be afraid of you then meeting an alien from another time on earth (past, present, future) or an alien from another world (past, present or future) is also this kind of experience too.

Are there beings that live inside of Stars? Yes.

Though they wear plasma bodies instead of earth bodies they have the same types of souls as we do.
