The 25 million people that died of the Black Plague in Europe was about 1/3 of the population of Europe at that time

I have heard many stories about this that so many died young and old that all the people that were supposed to inherit many places died to the point where people who never expected to get anything ever inherited estates and castles because all the rest of their relatives had died.

On a very minor scale this is also happening around the world now caused by Covid.

So, by studying what happened in a macro way with the Black plague you are  also studying what is  happening in a micro way with Covid all over the world in regard to estates passing on to the next of kin worldwide. As you can see below the total number of cases of people who tested positive for Covid in the U.S. is now 74 million people. The number of people who died who tested positive before they died is 882,000 people (plus 3,769).

Let's round off to 882,000 and since 9 out of 10 people who die of Covid are never reported here in the U.S. for various reasons (according to the CDC) that means that approximately 8,820,000 people have actually died those who tested positive before they died and those who were never tested before they died. What percentage of people in the U.S. have died of Covid so far with this math?

0.02676783004 This is what we get. So, rounding this

off we get over 2.5% of the American people or .027 if

we round it off have already died of Covid here in the

U.S. which is a long way from 1/3 or 33% plus of our nation

which is what Europe lost in the Black Plague.

What percentage of people have gotten covid of our

population presently?

22.4% of the American people have had Covid so far

that have tested positive. That's over 1 in 5 people

in the U.S. have had Covid.
