Using the Bilteral Cypher of Francis Bacon which was installed (this guy was a real genius by the way) inside of the original Hand Written Shakespearean Manuscripts as he wrote them and used the Pen name of William Shakespeare who was a good actor then but could not read or write.
Basically, within this code deciphered he mentioned that he was one of two sons of Queen Elizabeth I and that his mother had beheaded his older brother because he wanted the throne. However, people were not supposed to know about either brother because of the times then (mostly in regard to King Henry VIII) and killing his wives (likely Queen Elizabeth's Mom too at the time.
Francis Bacon was also the Father of the Scientific Method and the code expert on earth from his time until computers started to be invented during world war II for coding things to win the war.
