I set up the beach umbrella through the glass outdoor table and we brought breakfast outside onto our deck which is nice. Even though it is only 60 degrees here on our backyard deck it feels much warmer because of the shape of our house and how it protects us from the sea breezes and it is really nice for winter. also, the design of the house is really good for winter solar heating as well and yet also good for summer cooling as well. So, all in all a really beautiful clear day at the beach without a cloud in the sky.
And the trees and plants are all happy now with the first real rain of the season yesterday night and morning. We likely won't have to worry about fires as much or at all now in the northern Part of California both on the coast and inland.
