I'm hearing about more and more young people (under 45) avoiding serious relationships and having children and just using Tinder instead

This is mostly young people (under 45) who are successful people who prefer living in their own homes alone without any encumberances. This reduces their expenditures greatly and allows them to live more free ranging and financially productive lives.

Though on one level I think this is kind of sad and I wouldn't want a life like this, the other side of this is children and supporting a wife are now so extremely expensive I see financial wisdom of this.

For example, for a man, getting married and having children (unless he is already rich) is a slavery economically for most men now in the U.S. and around the world.

So, unless you are really dedicated to raising children and being a parent I can see how getting married and having children (especially now that 30 to 40 somethings cannot buy a house) especially in places like California even if both are working at good jobs (both parents). So, staying single and buying a house because you don't have to support other people just makes a whole lot more financial sense now for the average person.

It's sad but true.

NOTE: However, many people think a house is an asset.

However, this is only true that it's actually an asset if it is completely paid for.

Remember, all the homes with mortgages going underwater in the late 2000s when the middle class wealth was stolen by the banks and bad loans?

This could happen quite easily again under Trump because he would support the large corporations buying up all the homes that they can which is causing the problem with people trying to buy homes in the first place.

So, Trump being in office is ONLY going to make it 10 or 100 times harder for most people in their 30 to 50s from EVER buying a house (at least while he is in office). Just Watch!

end note.
