Because of this most people who voted for Trump are now peeling off from him when the see what he is actually doing nominating complete idiots like Gaetz and Hegseth for Cabinet posts.
As a result, he has already spent most of his political Capital and he moves into position as president much weakened since the election for all these reasons.
This is because about 80% or more of the people who voted for him are horrified at who he is nominating to cabinet posts already. And many of them are or will write their Senators and Congress people to voice their displeasure verbally or through the mail or by Text or however they can in addition to Democrats who are really unhappy too.
