Trump as Business Negotiator?

When some of what Trump does sinks the Stock market it was said he likely would stop whatever he is doing? This makes some sense to me because he and his family are likely heavily invested in the Stock market and so if any of his policies sink the stock market the way Automakers stocks plummeted today just from what Trump said about 25% Tariffs on Mexico and Canada it's possible he is going to change his position because it will cost him and his family millions of dollars of money (at least on paper). But if this continues for years like the Great Depression did he will become a figure as pathetic as Herbert Hoover is written about in history. Herbert Hoover's policies caused the Great Depression and Herbert Hoover (just like Trump) thought you could run Government like a business. (A government is NOT a business) by the way. It is a Social Welfare system and when people don't realize this they fail miserably like Hoover did which caused the Great Depression here in the U.S. And around the world. Treating a government like a business ONLY causes many deaths of it's citizens and that's about all. (Just like in the Great Depression which killed through starvation countless Americans).

I think people need to be pointing out what happened when Herbert Hoover caused the Great Depression by trying to run the government as a business. What happened then is investors on margin were wiped out and were jumping out of skyscrapers because they were financially ruined. If he's not careful the people around him are ALSO going to be jumping out of skyscrapers if he actually does what he says because the things he is talking about like Tariffs against Mexico and Canada and deporting 4 million people and their families will definitely collapse the stock market.

So, I don't think he will follow through on things that tank the stock market (unless his ego gets involved too deeply.

So, people who are invested in the stock market need to remind him what is at stake nationwide regarding all our investments and how his plans (theoretical plans at present) will create another Great Depression if he actually does what he says. regarding tariffs and deporting people and other things like this.

Also, taking revenge on his political opponents is ONLY going to start a Civil War by the way and nothing else.

Just study history in any leader that harms his opponents. Bloody revolutions and many people dying is usually the only result. 

So, unless he wants riots with thousands of people dying from punishing his political opponents it will only create something much much worse than January 6th. And he won't like what happens at all. And neither will Americans in general.
