Why do the winds cause the most problem for mankind in the future

I think you can start with Wind shear in planes that is increasing daily. For example, the plane in Africa that put almost half the passengers in that plane in the hospital recently to start to understand this.

Winds (at every altitude) are becoming more and more unpredictable and erratic every day. Why?

Because the oceans are heating up at faster and faster rates now worldwide which causes the winds to increase at faster and faster rates.

All these changes to the atmosphere on earth makes it less safe to fly in passenger planes (unless your seat belt is on all the time you are in the air) and even then it is going to hurt if other passengers are slamming against the ceiling and going to the hospital. So, even if you aren't one of these you might have black and blue marks where your seat belt stopped you from slamming against the ceiling on one of these flights.

Then on the ground you have plants that we grow for food having all the leaves blown off in over 100 mph winds.

When this happens those plants cannot usually continue to live and bear food for humans and animals to live on.

This causes food prices to rise more and more sort of like how eggs and milk are going to through the roof price wise because of bird flu wiping out up to 100 % of flocks of Chickens and more animals like Cows carrying bird flu in their milk which if it isn't boiled could result in the sickness or deaths of humans who drink that milk
