I watched until the spider fell from the ceiling. However, I realized that I couldn't watch this thing anymore if it wasn't going to have a happy ending.
So, we turned it off when the spider happened. So, then this morning my wife watched the end of it while I was still asleep because I was up until 2 AM last night because I couldn't sleep (partly because of this movie). So, once she explained the movie to me and I knew these people survive I could then watch the movie.
But, if you are less invested in this movie than I was, you might be okay watching it. However, I needed to know that these two stayed okay in the end Because they had been through so much already.
I have known people who have been forced by circumstance to live lives somewhat like this and I needed to know they were going to be okay or else I couldn't watch this movie.
When you have lived as long as I have and watched so many people die or go crazy and then die you need to see some happy endings (even if it is only a movie).
