This is a process too. Everything keeps changing. When I was in Mt. Shasta after traveling almost 3 weeks from the SF Bay area to Portland back to Mt. Shasta from July 1st to the 7th when we left. Getting my old hair stylist who moved to Redding to finally give me a great haircut (I haven't been able to replace her at all) since she moved to Redding from the Bay area.
Then I return Monday night to the SF bay area and then we have several Murderbots on Apple TV plus to watch (and I think the last one comes out Friday the 11th I believe this week too). So, that was nice then last night we caught up on the 4th Season of Resident Alien that we missed and then there is the next episode also this friday the 11th I believe too (at least where we live in the northern California Coast).
Then yesterday (Tuesday) I took our Army Ranger house keeper (he owns a janitorial business) and who has been amazingly helpful in fixing things around the house. (like the time he brought his really great miter electric saw to help me cut a perfect 45 degree cut for the corner of my deck of Timber Tech wood that had been crashed into by a big Tree from our neighbors and much other stuff too.
However, But then I did something stupid which was try to jump down a little bit onto the beach and realized I was 77 as I hit flat footed I went (OMG) I might have made a very big mistake regarding my lower back. And today, physically I could barely walk around the house.
However, being back in our home is probably the best place to recover from whatever I need to recover from. So, I have what I need to get beyond all this eventually.
But, it is really good to get out and travel and I'm really struggling to be in 62 degrees in the fog where I live now today. But, that's another story.
We are all here ONLY:
By God's Grace
