Centering during difficult times

Everyone does it differently pretty much. However, walking my dog on the beach as the waves crash helps me a lot and if it's a sunny day I try to go out and sit in the sun when I first get up and look at the trees and birds and clouds in the sky especially if there are Ice Crystal Clouds called Cirrus Clouds which often remind me of angel wings.

I remember reading Robert Heinlein Science fiction book on my front lawn of my home in Glendale at age 10 which would have been 1958 for me which would be an idyllic summer day at age 10 where I read about amazing things in Space and time travel and space Travel and telepathic communications between planet to planet or planet to Space and back which amazed me even before STar Trek came on TV by 1966. (STar Wars wasn't until 1977 when the first one came out by the way). So, for me, forward progress I often was reading about in books by Heinlein and Isaac Asimov especially who were both scientific in their theories they presented in their books which I always liked because Science was my favorite subject in School and got even better when the first Astronauts went into space and we watched them in our Science Class live on TV then.

First American into Space was Alan Shepard in 1961 by the way and then next I think was John Glenn who later became a U.S. Senator too eventually also.

The point is we all find ways to center differently. Sometimes getting on my treadmill centers me especially if I do this BEFORE I eat anything in the morning. This works best for me because I always have more energy BEFORE my body has to try to digest food from a major meal.

But, this is just me.

Also, Going to sleep at night prayers of various times acknowledging oneness with God and all his Angels really works for me too!

LIke last night I got up half asleep to use the bathroom and was thinking how i could turn off the light in the Bathroom and still see okay when the angels accidentally? banged my elbow against the light switch turning it off and I realized there was an automatic little light that stayed on in the hotel Bathroom so we didn't have to get up in the dark and fall down and hurt ourselves without any light in a new environment while half asleep in the middle of the night.

So, finding your own way to Center (I have many different ways I center in different situations) that work for me.

However, without being centered enough you cannot survive times like this. And you want to survive them so you can stay alive and to take care of yourself, your family and your friends through these very perilous (at the very least) financial Times.

Which will be manageable more if Iranian drones don't start falling on California cities shot there 1000 miles from a ship in the ocean somewhere pretending to be a cargo ship or something.

So, try to find ways to center yourselves so you and everyone around you survives all this.

By God's Grace
