On some levels Trump and Iran have now reached a Stalemate where both are winning each in their own ways. I think Trump will have to back down soon because Asia especially is suffering like Japan and Indo China from a lack of oil. I really don't think Trump can get oil through now as long as Iran has a bunch of zodiak partly inflatable boats cruising around at 60 miles per hour with Scuba divers trying to put mines on Oil tankers. However, they would have to be completely nuts to try to sink an aircraft carrier because it would radiate everything within 500 miles in all directions of where it sunk and everyone would have to move away for 1000 years because these are all Nuclear powered Aircraft Carriers now.
