IT's one reason why I call the Shahed Drone "like a Kalashnikov of the air" in that it is inexpensive to build. So, this is likely the primary weapon of war being used (at least by Iran in this war) and they are being supplied by Russia who is building them and sending them as fast as they build them to Iran so they can destroy Oil production in the middle East Completely. This is what is presently happening.
However, Trump cannot win this war as long as Putin keeps doing this. also, Putin is making billions of dollars now because the price of Oil is going up and likely will continue to go up as long as he sends these drones into Iran to be used against ALL the Arab Oil states now.
So, from this point of view Trump can never win this war as long as Putin keeps doing this and raising the oil prices worldwide so much. This also could allow Putin to make war not just on Ukraine but all of Europe as well if oil prices go too high. So, in some ways Trump might have given Putin all of Europe by his asinine war in Iran.
So, no matter what Trump tells you, we are presently losing this war to Putin. Iran is gone without Putin but can never be defeated while Putin is doing this.
begin quotes:
- Design Origin: The delta-wing Shahed-136 is a low-cost, one-way attack drone designed by Iran. Its simple, inexpensive design and effective one-way attack concept have made it a prominent weapon in modern warfare.
- Reverse Engineering (by the U.S.): The U.S. military has reverse-engineered the captured Iranian Shahed-136 to develop its own variant, known as the Low-Cost Uncrewed Combat Attack System (LUCAS), for use in its own operations.
- US Components in Shahed Drones: Investigations have found that Shahed-136 drones contain numerous commercial-grade components from Western companies, including over 70 manufacturers, with a majority from the United States. These components, such as microprocessors and GPS modules, were likely acquired through illicit supply chains and integrated into the Iranian design.
- Other Influences: The Shahed 129 model is reportedly based on an Israeli Hermes 450 drone that crashed in Iran, and the engine technology for the Shahed 136 is an Iranian copy of a German-designed commercial engine from the 1990s, not U.S. Predator tech.
